I believe Tyson is stuck with some kind of contracts with other games he has done. I remember years ago where he wasn't allowed to partake in some new game because he still had a contract with Nintendo or something. That, and his own unwillingness to be in a game.

As for prizefighter, there is good news. Many other Boxers will be included, but they will have diffirent names. Just read better guys. I'm sure once we see who's in the game, it won't be as bad.
