I don't agree, but my strong belief is that styles make fights. Just because Quintana beat Williams doesn't automatically mean Cotto would.
Even after Quitana did am I crazy for thinking that Williams would still beat Cotto?

Quintanna is a southpaw. Williams lost because he wasnt able to find Carlos head due to it being in a southpaw stance. The 1st few rounds, he threw lots of jabs, but was befuddled because they were hitting air. He wont have that much trouble finding Cotto's head. I think Williams beats Cotto similarly to the way he neat Margarito. Cott has shownm the versatility to swicth hit in the middle of the fight, but I think Williams will adjust too. I think we'll se Williams get his title back this summer...Comment

I have always thought that Cotto could beat Williams, way too much target in the body for Miguel to hit (and Paul doesn't fight tall and use his jab enough), what Carlos did doesn't change anything, since Carlos and Miguel are two completely different fighters. I still think that Paul would give Floyd some trouble though.Comment

Not so much because Quintana beat Williams. Quintana and Cotto are different styles. However if you look at the success Margarito had later on in the fight against Williams with his pressure, its easy to see Cotto getting as succesfully as well.Comment

LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL...Somalian looking!!!! Thats some funny stuff, Is he somalian by any chance because he does look like one..lol, To the thread starter i dont think you're being crazy because styles makes fight even though i dont see Williams beating Cotto.....Williams just look too long and i could just imagine Cotto going to the body for the first 6 rounds.Comment
