Should referee's be drugtested before fights?

They should test this judge for drugs. Worst judge ever.

Not only did he somehow manage to come up with the 120-108 scorecard (for Navarro) on the recent fight between Mijares and Navarro, he also has a history of bad judging in fights such as W. Klitschko vs Williamson, Griffin vs Toney, Spinks vs Judah and Marquez vs Barrera...

I saw the Klitschko-Williamson fight again recently, and how anyone could have had Williamson ahead on points is mindblowing.
