Miranda manager cheated in Kessler negotiations

Following the announcement of Miranda vs. Abraham II, it appears as if Edison Mirandas management negotiated a fight with Abraham simultaneously as they negotiated with Team Kessler.

Team Miranda threatened Kesslers management with a lawsuit claiming that Kessler negotiated 2 fights at the same time. Now Mirandas management has done the same with Kessler... Talk about a rotten business.

Here is an excerpt from ****************** regarding this:

"Our German correspondent Thomas Schlabe keeps coming up with pearls of wisdom.

Now, Schlabe reveals that, before slamming the door on HBO and Mikkel Kessler for a June 21 WBA super middleweight title bout at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Fl., Warriors boxing bossman Leon Margules was forced to accept a proviso that the winner of the Edison Miranda-King Arthur Abraham II bout (same date on Showtime) is obligated to next face leading IBF available contender Giovanni Lorenzo.

As for Margules, he was playing with two decks of cards at the same time, negotiating with Showtime for Miranda while telling Lou DiBella and HBO executives Miranda would fight Kessler if the Dane agreed to fight at the Hard Rock. Simultaneously, Double Decker Margules was blustering to HBO about fighting Fulgencio Zuniga if Kessler backed out.

Here's where Double Decker got his you know what caught between the Hard Rock and a lying to HBO and to Showtime place...

When Kessler matchmaker Mogens Palle reluctantly agreed to the site but demanded four neutral WBA officials for the title match, Margules hit the panic button. He then ducked and dodged DiBella and even lied to the media, saying he “did not knew” who Miranda was fighting next. Margules made that statement Tuesday.

The press release announcing Miranda-Abraham for June 21 on Showtime came out Wednesday morning.

Must be an amazing koinkydink, you know what I mean?

The Seminole Nation is the home of many braves, I guess, but Double Decker isn't one of them, at least when it comes putting Puddytat Miranda in with Viking Warrior Kessler.

No, Double Decker keeps his Puddytat inside the cocoon.

(Michael Marley is an adviser to Mikkel Kessler just as Thomas Hauser is an adviser to Roman Greenburg.)"

I bet HBO is pretty pissed with Miranda right now.

How true you are. Kessler did it to try to get the more dangerous fight against Mundine for a belt, and Miranda did it to get the more easier fight against Abraham at 166 and for nothing. But who cares, Miranda fans love him for it. Time to look forward for us Kessler fans.

        Yep. Time to look forward.

It appears as if HBO has a date in june where they might want Kessler. Question is who would want him?
