It's Alfonso F'in Gomez! Why would you show him respect and why wouldn't you fight with confidence? It could have been a lot worst.. IMO Cotto heald of and sand bagged it big time. You really think that someone who is winning a lopsided decision and has dropped somebody with a jab is gonna hold off on a fighter for almost a good 15-20 seconds and look at the ref like yo, you gonna stop this? if they were ****y? Cotto could have done a lot worst.. a tune up fight isn't worth risking the life of your opponent though.

I didn't see him doing that against Urkal, he was supposed to be a tune-up fight just like Gomez.

Yeah but it was still an easy fight for Cotto, I would even dare to say easier fight on paper than Gomez was.
