Emmanuel Stewart Was Not in Cintron's Corner?

Does anyone know why Stewart was not in Cintron's corner the night of the fight? I thought Stewart was Cintron's trainer so who was the guy in his corner giving him instructions? Thanks.

he was in his corner but he got a cut on his eyebrow, so steward stepped aside to let the cut man work on the eye
