I thought Johnson won but i dont feel Dawsons stock should drop too much. He was in with a hardnosed veteran that was alot more expirienced. Lokk at all the old men that have whooped the young lions ass this year. Props to both.

Hopkins and Jones Jr both stand to benefit by saying that Johnson won, it makes Hopkins look better because he beat Johnson and it makes Jones look better because Dawson could barely get by the guy that beat Jones Jr...

In other words their opinions are irrelevant.

It was certainly a close fight, but no robbery.

If Dawson had any nuts he'd get back in there and settle the score.

Having said that, you can go one of two ways, do what Lennox did with Klitschko, get out while you can, or do what Jones Jr did and go back and try to set thing straight.

What I know for certain is that a young Lennox would have gone back to set things straight, and a young Jones Jr wouldn't have had to.

Dawson is young enough, and if he thinks he's so good, he should have the balls to set things straight.

i had Johnson winning by 3 rounds, and that was giving Dawson the close rounds.

Johnson lost because there is too much money to be made from Dawson in future with an undefeated record. Expect more shady decisions and lots of bum fighters on chads record over the coming years.
