Any white guys supporting Hopkins?

I'm not a fan of either of them.

I think they are both over-rated. I am rooting for Hopkins though just because their are too many Joe Nimrod's out there claiming Joe is the greatest of all time and ****.

im white and have been a Hopkins fan for a long time. Some of my white friends were kinda annoyed by his infamous comment but you have to put that into perspective and then add in the fact that Calzaghe and his Da are both douches at times So Hell yeah go B-Hop!

Im white and im rooting for Hopkins, i think Hopkins said what he said to spark controversy and bring more attention to the fight, i dont think his intentions were to be racist. Deep down i think he regrets the comment but he cant man up to admit he was wrong.

its never just sports for black folks...because many.prolly most of us since the 400 years of torture ,murder,****,chattle slavery weve endured at the hands of white people..we tend to go for the black man..its just that simple..we cant be racist we dont have the power to be...im for hopkins

now what i find funny is that whites will go for the white person...lay people not hardcore boxing fans but guys who go to the bar and get twisted... UNLESS the white guy is from another country then the white guys will go for the nationalist.... so its my opinion that a majority of americans will be for hopkins

This is the error and handicap of black people in America. They think they've endured a special suffering. They rarely look at their history in the context of world history. Instead they tend to act as if things were simply black and white.


This clown says "we can't be racist." That's so disgustingly self-righteous, and racist, that the boy deserves to be mistreated. He is his own source of oppression, yet too lazy to realize it.

After Taylor-Pavlik II Black Jesus logged on to confirm that he scored it for Pavlik. He was the only one. And that wasn't a controversial fight or difficult to score.

I watched that countdown to the fight on HBO and Bernards words were really unnecessary, but it was just for show.. I've seen other interviews and videos and he seems like a decent guy. I'm white, but that doesn't matter and i'm rootin for Joe Calzaghe because he's a more exciting fighter and I want to see him go on in his career with success.
