Maybe he'll finally get a fight with Calzaghe (Which he agreed to come to the UK to do twice and twice Calzaghe claimed injuries) now that he's forty.

lol...after the dawson fight now everyone is def thinkin stay the **** away from glen johnson. I hope he gets a big fight but now people will be afraid to fight him. I don't think RJJ would fight johnson again he would get KO'd or decisioned because any past prime RJJ would get owned by any version of johnson it's just not a good style matchup.

I like that idea a lot. I do want to see a Johnson-Dawson II though.

Didn't know that, is there any info on that online? I don't think Calz would fight Johnson now unfortunately, as Calz wants to go out with a bigger win, and another belt in what will probably be his last fight. Glens not offering that, which is a shame. Kinda feel like Johnsons been unfairly locked out here and it needs looking at.

Agree with those saying that Kessler is probably the best option.

If that doesn't look like coming off, then Paul Briggs is probably hisnext best option.

Briggs had a couple of excellent, very close fights with Adamek, & it's a good style matchup between the two of them.

He's coming off a pretty long layoff, so will probably have a warmup bout first, but that would be a fight well worth seeing.

Changed my previous answer from Roy Jones to Hopkins. SURELY Johnson would want some sort of redemption against HOPKINS since he was K.Oed when they met years ago.

A Johnson-Dawson II match won't happen until later this year, Dawson still needs to take care of his mandatory. After that he than can go pursue a rematch with Johnson. When Dawson said after the fight "I need to move on" he's referring to his mandatory. Of course a Johnson-Dawson II can happen depending if the WBC allows it, realistically he can, but their will be no belt on the line.
