yeah it was a hell of a fight i think he won to put the judges thought different, but in turn he did "win" the fight so he's stays at #2

Any body else been noticeing Zab Judah little by little climbing up the welterweight ranks on the ring magazine website? He was on there when they announced the fight with him and Mosley, they had him as #10, now he's at #6, what has he done to move up so fast???? DLH will ruin all of ring magazines credability.

                1. Floyd Mayweather Jr. (Most talented and best skilled boxer we have at the moment. Welterweight Roy Jones Jr. but more polished? Unlike Light Heavy though there's great fighters in your weight class. Make your money but throw in a Cotto or Margarito in between your Hatton and De La Hoya fights. Please?)
                2. Manny Pacquiao (Even his boring fights are pretty good. KOed the 2 greatest Featherweights of our era. Prime or not , not even Juarez , Diaz , Marquez and Hamed could say that.)
                3. Miguel Cotto (Mosley , Judah , Quintana not bad for his relatively short run at 147. A better run at 147 than my #1 if you ask me. If he can beat Margarito too......wow!)
                4. Israel Vazquez (Larios , Julio , Velazquez , Marquez......sounds like Pacquiao's resume to me! Very few on this list has had wars like him.)
                5. Rafael Marquez (See #4 on my list for reference and I like him better than his brother.)
                6. Juan Manuel Marquez (Gets too much credit for being a bad matchup for the greater fighter listed #2. Besides I'm not convinced he's even the #1 Marquez.)
                7. Ricky Hatton (Lost to #1 but who hasn't? Showed a lot of heart and my kind of fighter. Besides he beat my beloved Kostya. Zab Judah with all his skills couldn't do that. Shows how important toughness and determination is in boxing. It's not all about skills.)
                8. Joe Calzaghe (Undefeated but when a 40-yr. old former middleweight champion is your biggest test to date......exposes your resume.)
                9. Kelly Pavlik (Makes my list just because he showed Hopkins and Taylor how a Middleweight Champion should fight. Don't let me down and be a flash in the pan okay?)
                10. Wladimir Klitschko (I gotta have at least one heavyweght on my list and he's it......I think I might have to change that rule soon......you think?)

I know my list is questionable but it's my list.

it doesn't matter if you think he won the fight or not. you judge a fighter's resume not how he does against one particular fighter. you can say meldrick taylor won the fight against julio cesar chavez if it wasn't for the bad stoppage but that doesn't mean he was better than the great chavez.

you have to look at their whole resume the last few years. if you want to set aside the marquez-pacquiao fights......in the last 4 years manny has 4 wins over barrera and morales along with solid wins against larios , lucero , 3k battery , solis , velazquez and his only loss was to erik morales.

in the same time marquez has 3 wins against gainer , medina and barrera and wins to polo , jaca , jandaeng , juarez , salido and loss to john.

which resume would you rather have? yes barrera and morales was past prime when manny beat them but they were still great and you can say medina and gainer wasn't in their prime either when marquez beat them and manny beat barrera 4 years before marquez did.

if you want to talk about titles......

manny won the wbc flyweight title 5 years and the ibf superbamtamweight title 2 years before marquez won his first title , the vacant ibf featherweight belt in 2003. the same year manny beat barrera for the WORLD featherweight belt.
