HBO seems pretty confident it will be Cotto-Margarito.

Arum has promised Margarito that his next fight would be against Cotto, no matter what.

Mayorga is pretty diminished, this would be an assbeating, and not overly competitive.

It would be Mayweather-De La Hoya when Mayweather-Cotto is available. You know? A decent fight that just absolutely ****ing blows compared to what should be going on.
