Yeah the casinos hate it when they make Calzaghe a 3-1 favorite and 25,000 Brits come over and bet tons of money on him thinking it's a sure thing and end up losing it all. Why in god's name would they want that?

I found the first Taylor fight frustrating because Hopkins was winning when he put the effort in but took forever to get started and even then took rounds off. It was even more frustrating in the second fight because he didn't change a damn thing. The trouble with Hopkins now is that in the Tarver and Winky fights he's concentrated more on bluster and stunts than he has on the actual fight.

I watched both the Taylor fights and thought Taylor won. No bias here. In fact I am probably more of a Hopkins fan than a Taylor fan. Jermain's good though.

Please! It's clearly in your interest to think Taylor beat Hopkins because to you that somehow translates into your idol Calzaghe being able to beat him. That's obvious!

He defended his UNDISPUTED TITLE that the boxing World has SO MUCH RESPECT FOR---against 1) Carl Daniels (WHO??). 2) Morrade Hakkar (Hardy-har-kar-not even a "who"-more like a "what"). 3) William Joppy (whom Trinidad had already destroyed). 4) Robert Allen (whom he'd already KO'd in 7). 5) Oscar de LaHoya (who was basically a "once a year" sem-retired welterweight on the downgrade, puffed up to middle for the money). 6) Howard Eastman (A very undeserving opponent already on the downgrade anyway).

So what are we expected to think of this BLOWHARD swaggering around openmouthed, buying 30 room houses with the money of foolish fans.

Calzaghe's work rate is far higher than Jermain Taylor whom Hopkins lost twice in a row to. I don't expect any surprises in this fight. Hopkins gets a big payday and quietly retires after losing a rather lopsided decision. What's going to be interesting after this fight is what Calzaghe does as the new Light Heavyweight Champion, will he defend it, go back to super middleweight or retire undefeated?
