who had the better jab of these two? look at oscar's fight against trinidad and floyd's fight against jukko as two examples.
Better Jab--Mayweather at 130 or De La Hoya at 147?

are you crazy? he used it a lot at that weight. look at when he fought hernandez and jukko and tony pep just to name a few. his jab looked so purely thrown, it's just beautiful to watch. oscar's jab was a stinging jab with power on it. i still feel floyd threw his much sharper from more angles and more accurately.Comment

QFA. Quartey's jab was insanely good.
It seems kind of unfair that you compare Mayweather's jab vs. a replacement fighter against Oscar's jab vs. one of the best 147 pounders of all-time.
Floyd really didn't use his jab at 130 as much as a boxer should, and De La Hoya is also a natural lefty, so I would think his jab would be a lot stronger than Floyd's.
I give the edge to Oscar. The jab just wasn't all that needed for Floyd, which is a complement to him. It actually shows how good of a fighter he is when he doesn't get the nod in the jab category.Comment
