    Miguel "The Surgeon" Cotto

Seriously, this guy rearranges his opponent's face everytime. I honestly think Mosley was the only one that held up best, but every other fighter he's fought had their face completely rearranged. Is this guy just that heavy handed that he causes his opponent's faces to swell and redden up within the first 2 rounds or so? He's brutal!

Good question. I want to know why Cotto hits guys and ****s up their faces, but they don't go down from head shots? That make any sense? Why do his opponents look like they've been beaten with a lead pipe?

Cotto loads up to the body and hits there more often than anyone in decades. That explains that.. To me that part is obvious.

because his opposite is weak, thats why. as long as he keeps fighting bums like Gomeez, he's gon keep ****ing up they faces. its all gon stop as soon as he steps up and faces Paul Williams like he should have done a long time ago.

Its the deference between a thudding punch, and a snappy punch. Snappy punchers are knockout punchers to the head. Thudding punchers are body destroyers.

Give some examples. Was George Foreman a "snapping" puncher?

Cottos brutality is directly proportionate to his opponents skill level.
