exactly. He's only been down twice i believe and that Zuniga KD was a clear flash KD
since when is taylor a massive puncher? taylor who hasn't ko'd anyone since 05 almost got Pavlik out of there in 2 rounds, that's why people say he has a "suspect" chin

Taylor really sat down on his punches against pavlik more than he has against anyone in a long while. He has power, but typically fights on the back foot a lot and was not forced to use it. He was forced to use it against pavlik to keep pavlik off of him. It did buy him some time though.

I am not sure why people are ragging on Rubio, who is a legit top 10-15 guy at middleweight. He is definitely a better opponent than Lockett.

I also wonder why people are trying to get Pavlik to jump weight classes to fight Calzaghe? Are you fools for real? He just won the freaking title and is still a work in progress. Let the ****ing guy build a foundation and gain experience for himself first.

seems that pavlik runs out of worthy opponents. rubio is a pushover. pavlik's punching power can only be matched by calzaghe. i hope the two will meet before joe's retirement.

It will be a good win for Pavlik. Abraham will be next and then Winky in early 09. Sounds like a descent list of fights. Before he moves up to SMW and dominates up there.
