Cotto's left vs Margarito's uppercuts?

So we all know that Cotto's chin is nowhere near as Tony's iron clad chin, on the other hand Tony has a smaller frame than Cotto and could be "vulnerable" by some of Cotto's best body shots. If they both came to trade on the inside and Margarito were to land those hard and powerful uppercuts on Cotto's semi-glassed chin, and Cotto were to pound Tony's solid midsection, who would go down first? I would have to give the edge to my boy Tony because Cotto has been rocked in the past and we all saw Judah hurting him with his own uppercuts busting his mouth open and ****.

But I will answer that. I think Cotto will break him down, Antonio was feeling the bodyshots that Williams was hitting him with. Image a guy like Cotto which has more power.

if cotto tries to **** he will break his knuckles before he can harm the adamantine chin of margarito
margarito its a true warrior and will not show mercy on cotto suspect chin

The difference in speed inside will be evident right away. Margarito is a top level inside fighter, but he loops his punches, so Cotto will get off combinations much quicker. Marg hasnt seen anything like that. Williams was roughing him up inside, Cotto willbe much worse.

I just wonder if he can stand up to Margarito's pressure all fight because his chin is still a concern. To me at least...

yeah pw body shots were killing margarito it was noticable down the stretch when margarito only kept getting stronger and in fact it was williams holding and backing up the last quarter of the fight. those body shots really hurt margarito

LOL I know right, last time I checked Williams was holding onto Tony like a ****ing squid every time Tony tried to go on the inside, the shots williams took to the body that night were nasty, there were times he would literally jump up from the shock caused by the impact of Tony's body shots.

Call it equal. Both guys can hurt people to the body or break through their chins. But in a match of power vs power I'd favor Tony cuz he takes a shot better. Cotto sets pressure with his feet by comin forward and backin guys up, unless he has to move and box cuz he's hurt. Tony sets pressure with his feet by walkin guys down at all times and with his fists by throwin a whirlwind of punches, and he don't get hurt.

That might be true but the shots still affected him, dont act like none did. And if I remember correctly Williams won that fight. Right??
