Cintron vs Clottey

Last year Tony passed on his big money fight with Cotto to defend his strap against Williams and ended up losin. I doubt he'll make that same mistake now that he's set for the fight with Cotto again, but by winnin Cintron's belt he inherits the obligation to give IBF #1 Clottey his shot. Clottey just got done winnin a fight (although dubiously) and has been waitin for a while. The fight with Cotto is way more important and Tony woulda got beat by Clottey last time if he didn't hurt his hand, so I'm sure he wont hesitate to say **** Clottey, give up his belt, and give us the war against Cotto if the issue is pressed. So assumin Kermit don't quit or move up to 154, how about a fight between Cintron and Clottey? How you see it?
