He doesn't fight the fights for them. That being said, it's been a while since he's developed someone. He seems to get guys with great power and natural ability so he can look good a lot of the time no matter what happens.
He has managed to keep Wlad away from anything similar to the Sanders humiliation.
If his fighters don't look good, he can always use his trademark, that's pretty much how I expected the fight to be, even though he said something different merely 5 minutes before.
Maybe... Both Cintron and Harris turned into nervous wrecks when they had fighters in front of them who could take their shots and keep coming on. I see stamina problems.
I don't know if he's overrated or not. I think he's a good trainer, but I'm 100% sure that no matter what trainer Cintron would have in his corner, he'll always lose against Margarito.
Steward is overrated as a trainer, especially by himself. That doesn't mean he isn't a very good trainer, just not as good as the hype. He gets a lot of credit for Lewis and Klitschko, but lets be honest, it didn't hurt that they were the best heavyweights in the world when he trained them.
