Dawson will win. Johnson pushed him because of his style, Tarver doesn't hit as hard as Johnson and isn't a pressure fighter. I think Dawson can out box Tarver with his young legs.

I think Tarver is a better puncher than Johnson. Hits harder and is more accurate. But I do agree that Dawson wins this fight.

last night was the first time i saw dawson fight and he looked like a good boxer but he not what everybody is making him out to be the next big thing and he would beat tarver

Lefty versus lefty can be a weird slow fight. It also can be full of fireworks.

Tarver hits harder than Dawson and Johnson, but definitely takes rounds off which could be a huge advantage for Dawson.

Dawson isn't even really a 175 pounder but he is doing well. He might have to stick to straight boxing from here on out.;

After watching Dawson's performance, I think I would give Tarver the UD. It didn't look like Dawson wanted the match yesterday. He was letting Johnson control the fight. He didn't use as much footwork which can bother Johnson and almost got knocked down in the 10th when he stumbled off a hook from Johnson. I still gave the decision to Dawson but he didn't look like he was the champ that night.
