He should just fight them both. Two paydays, two easy wins. Cotto gets knocked out, Margarito gets outclassed, money in the bank, Hall of Fame in no time.

Seriously, he could do this **** on consecutive nights, and be fully and completely retired by 2010. We all want to see it Floyd, just get it over with...

floyds lil body... THOUGH I LOVE THE GUY....

Might go through hell with the body shots these two guys land...

Then again no one really hits floyd to the body EVER...

But if they land for a few rounds it'd be a crazy night.

So i think floyd just wants to fight one of them and is waiting to unify amongst weight class full of great names... without out having to fight them all.

That looks like the plan... all the great names that are fighting today.... I beat one of them.. take all the belts.. and become unified champ of them all with only one fight.

Everyone will be satisfied because they'll just be happy to see mayweather accept the challenge.. of .. most likely.. Margarito after he beats cotto I think.

So he as of now is seen as pound for pound... And after he allows margarito and cotto to bash each other he will outpoint one of them and become the unified and probably fight 1-2 more big money if there are any and leave.

Margarito is still a joke. He doesn't deserve a shot at Cotto or Mayweather. He ducked Cotto to fight Paul Williams. That his bad. Cotto needs to go after Mayweather Apollo Creed style. Full page news paper ads, the works.

He's just looking for the biggest paydays. If Cotto is his biggest possible payday at the time and Top Rank wants the fight, then we'll see it happen.

I just worry that Cotto will lose to Margarito and ruin the superfight. I don't think Mayweather is too keen on fighting Tony. Cotto is the bigger money fight.

after he beats oscar... and marg beats cotto... Mayweather will beat hatton again... Then it will be time for him to showcase again...

If a GOOD SOLID name that hasn't brought it self to the limelight yet steps up.. he will fight them..and marg or cotto still has the belts... and there wasn't a rematch clause for the loser.. Mayeather WILL FIGHT that guy... take both belts and become unified without getting his hands... or should i say gloves.. too dirty.

lotta if's and ands but its the best way for money.. and thats out mayweather operates.

sounds like a good olan for money if you think about it.. I'll take bets he fights the winner of oscar forbes and then hatton....

I also have the feeling Floyd is waiting for a unification fight.

It's Cotto's job to beat all the contenders. Margarito should be up next.
