In other words if Dawson decides to rematch Johnson right away, their will be no WBC title on the line, and of course with no title on the line, means less money.

How does he win the fight when he is punching glen johnsons gloves. You tell me? I didn't know you earn points by punching gloves. I thought dawson was going to win tonight, I guess I overrated him. His punching accuracy was so piss poor tonight. I knew that Johnson was going to get robbed when they were reading the scores.
90% of people thought Dawson lost? Damn, I'm glad I'm in that 10% that don't think that....

Traver better be careful what he wishes for as he does not fight like Johnson. Chad will be able to fight his fight against Traver and will win again. Truthfully, Dawson should give Glen a rematch but Glen has Dawson shook.

Dawson wants no part of the rematch with Johnson. He will have a good excuse Im sure though. Glens stock rose higher than Chads tonight, you heard the crowd.

The crowd was booing Dawson when he entered the ring, they were pro-johnson before the fight even started. Adrian Diaconu and Chris Henry are both dangerous fighters as well, so Dawson is ducking nobody. He just needs to improve on his defense, footwork, and stick to his gameplan, thats it. He will beat Johnson next time more convincingly, I'm sure of it. He has shown good defense and footwork against Adamek, so it's not like he can't. I think him switching trainers affected him and so did the 7 month layoff. I hope he does go back to Floyd Mayweather Sr., but of course thats a big IF.

Well he certainly has youth on his side so he can work on improving. I think he wanted to prove himself early & be fan friendly then got rocked in the 3rd and went to moving more. The reality is the rematch would be Chad moving and boxing off the back foot while Glen chases him and Glen would probably lose in that kind of fight.
