    Andre Dirrell haters out there?

I'm pretty sure that there has to be at least one Dirrell hater out there who is willing to put at least 3K on Anthony Hanshaw come May 2nd.

Believe me when I tell you, despite what people who hate him for his running against Kertis say, Andre Dirrell can fight! I know the situation very well.....when Andre was a 125 POUND amatuer at the nationals, Kertis was the 178 USA National champion....he saw Kertis deading much bigger guys left and right..so when he fought him he was already hip to him very closely...he knew what he was up against and he knew he had to just WIN. Now...he got through that one (win now, look good NEXT time). I truly believe that when he is in with someone else, maybe Hanshaw, he will show much better skills than what you saw with Kertis. Forget what you saw and didnt like with him against Stevens...Andre is a very good boxer with great defensive skills and a much better offense than you would think.

Why is it that when fighters like malllinagi ,Quintana, and Cottor sticks and move its called great boxing but when fighters like Dirrel,Mayweather, does it its called running.

I'm going to take that as a no on the bet then.

I agree with you whole heartedly. I don't know why people hate on him so much. The kid is good. He has fast hands. He knows how to pick his shots, and he already demonstrated that he knows when to fight, and when to box.

His damn name is CURTIS. I wouldn't be irked about it if you didn't say it incorrectly about 7 times. That being said I will be hard pressed to see Andre fight differently against Hanshaw, time will tell.

I don't hate Dirrell after his fight with Stevens but he sure didn't make me a fan of his.
HBO wasn't too pleased either with the way that fight went down.
It's like Dirrell won the fight but lost the war.

I mean it's kinda like Junior Witter versus Zab the way it's going down.
The execs don't want to make a mistake on Witter no matter how much he's improved because they have memories of that dreadful fight. The same thing is happening with Dirrell.

I am sure he will shine against someone else. He has to, if he wants big fights and respect.

Dirrell stunk up the show last time, and wasn't even the slightest bit remorseful afterwards. Now he can live with the fallout. Witter was blacklisted from American TV for 10 years for doing pretty much the same thing.
