Good action on the floor to ceiling bag although Enzo is not the slickest trainer I have seen on the pads.

The floor to ceiling bag work is immpressive.

What I like about Calzaghe is that he still trains in that little ramshackle gym and runs the mountains of South Wales.

Also noted that he doesn't seem to be slapping either like many on here accuse him of.

It's just his style, I guess. Why does Carl Froch fight with his hands down? They're supposed to be up, guarding the face!

Always good to see this sort of thing, JC does have an unusual and unorthodox style but its obviously very effective.
