I hate to recommend any alphabet organization but IBO has a computerized system to rate every fighter from objective criteria.

What I especially like about IBO's website is they keep statistics for a fighter's record against "Top 50" opponents.

Shannon Briggs is only 2-4 against fighters ranked in the top 50, while Wladimir Klitschko is 16-3. Roy Jones has the most wins against "top 50" opponents of any active fighter, with 34.
