Not sure where this paper got the news, but it ain't in the works!
Something 'better' may be happening. Hopefully it will be finalized soon.

i was watching Miranda v Pavlik yesterday and it struck me that as crude as Miranda is he is a better Boxer than people give him credit for dont get me wrong he is no Ray Leonard ,but against Pavlik he he was timing Pavliks jab & coming over the top of it with right hands & he was cathing the odd shot & coming back with a counter ,i thought against Porras his Boxing had improved and his right hand that knocked out David Banks just proved he can be patient & box and still find the punch he needs

funnily enough i think he would outbox Bika

What happened to the proposed rematch with IBF titlist Aurthur Abraham? Seems like Miranda isn't having alot of luck finding willing opponents this year; it was first Pascal, then Kessler and Abraham, and now we're talking about Bika!...

Yes, I try to ignore how people compare him to Mayorga. Miranda has some decent skills. He outpointed everyone he every fought (Eastman, Green, and even Abraham to most unbiased viewers) up to Pavlik. If he had his strength that night in Memphis, I see a different outcome. Pavlik would have not been able to apply the pressure. Hopefully at 168lbs, my 'theory' will be proven true. Until then, most people will just say Pavlik kicked his ass, no excuses excepted!

This would be a very exciting fight, but I gotta go with Miranda. I see him catching Bika, and when he does it's over.
