Whos the Better Prospect Berto or Khan ?

Khan was down agaisnt Willie Limond who is not a noted puncher ,best names on his record Limond ,Gairy St. Clair,Graham Earl

Berto has been down against Cosmo Rivera ,Rocked against David Estrada ,also neither of these fighters are noted punchers ,best names on his record Estrada ,Rivera ,Michel Trabant

people rave about Berto and constantly tell us how poor Khans oposition is when in reallity his oposition is no better than Khans infact u could argue inferior Estrada is the best name on his record at least Gary St Clair has held a World Title

both have questionable chins & defences but to hear people on NSB talking about Berto u would think Berto has the whole package & has fought good oposition & Khan has fought bums who are inferior & he has a glass jaw because he has been down once ,some people need to put there flags away when assessing the credentials of a foregners/Europeans

They're both amazing prospect IMO.

I would just say that Berto is more proven and he has been 10 times more tested than Amir Khan.

Gary St Clair has held the a World Title id say Khan has fought the better oposition ,Berto may have been in the ring more times but if u conceed that Khan has fought the best oponent out of Estrada & St Clair & Khan has had less fights & is younger then IMO Khan should get a bit more respect than he currently does for his oposition

Both guys weight divisions are tough, especially Berto's so I wouldn't be suprised if either of them lost if and when they get a title shot.

No doubt. It's not like he's fighting Reggie Strickland's.. I would love to see him step in with big punchers and see how well he'd do.

Khan would have easily whipped the flaw with Berto opsition & Vice Versa ,yet Berto is lorded on this Forum and Khan is chastised for his opostition & Berto is the one who is older & should be stepping up his competition sooner as he has had more fights

Khan, hes the better boxer and hes only 21. Andre is more powerful, but lacks the skills Khan has. If they were in the same weight divsion Khan wouldf dominate like Corley-Cotto, just stun him thats about it. Berto would wobble Khan but he would come out with a UD. Khans gonna move up three divsions, Berto cant with his style and lack of talent.
