Echols' legs are gone. Quillin is stepping way up in class. Potentially good matchup, but it could also be a blow out for Peter if he is the real thing.

        Thanks.

        Wikipedia needs to be corrected:

Peter Quillin (b. June 22, 1983 in Chicago) is a US-American middleweight boxer who is touted as a good prospect due to his spectacular power.

        Career

Quillin whose father is Cuban and who grew up in Grand Rapids calls himself "Kid Chocolate" after his famous role model. He only has 15 amateur fights to his credit. The tall aggressive Quillin turned pro in New York
Same with boxrec.com which have his residence and birthplace listed as Chicago (both not reliable sources for information, i know i know..)

Echols is pretty gone though, but he still has that power. I think he could upset Quillen for sure, but if it goes past 3 or 4 rounds then Echols doesnt have a chance.

BUT, my predicion is ECHOLS TKO3

Jeff Mayweather was the one who told me Quillin was from Grand Rapids. I took his word, but I believe I heard it somewhere else as well.

No, I'm sure your right. I just found an article somewhere that said he was born in Grand Rapids too.

I'm originally from Chicago, which is the only reason why I care.

yea i agree that Quillen isnt that big a prospect. I think he'll get stopped early but the longer it goes the much better it is for Quillen. If it goes past 3 ill say, ill take Quillen by mid stoppage

Sorry, but in his late 30's with absolutely zero power, Piccirillo is a slouch.
