    After-sparring headaches?

Anyone else encountered this and is it normal. After sparring I get headaches.

Yep. Check for concussions. If you have some nausea and sensitivity to bright lights, take time off.

I even when your just shadow boxing or hitting a bag, your body is moving around all the time especially your head, shock waves go through your body every time you throw a hard punch.

I got alil headache though nothing crazy, immediately after a sparring session. Went away before I'd go back to my car at the end of the day. Only happened like the first 2 times I sparred I think. Then it went away. Guess your head gets used to the hard trauma of being hit after awhile.

Oh and you guys getting headaches from shadow boxing, if that's for real, you got no oxygen going to your brain. Something is definitely wrong.

Sharp movements especially sharp head movement's can cause headaches, I don't get it while i'm shadow boxing, just when i have finished a few hours later, to be honest it might not even be that ..

You must've got punched quite a bit. Don't worry it's normal, at least it used to happen to me after some rough sessions.
