What makes me laugh is the fact that Floydboyz tend to bring up the time when Floyd was interested in fighting Cotto at 140, when Cotto was still considered a "green" fighter. If Cotto as good enough to fight then, how is he not good enough to fight now?

a more appropriate question would be, if the demand for Floyd vs. Cotto isnt so great as Floyd proclaims, why is Cotto ALWAYS mentioned when speaking about Floyd? Why is Floyd being asked EVERYWHERE he goes by EVERYONE who interviews/talks to him about Cotto?

How come no boxing writter can write an article about Cotto without mentioning Floyd?
How come no Cotto fan can talk about Cotto without mentioning Floyd?
Hasnt Cotto accomplished enough for him to be talked about as a fighter in his own right?

On the last press conference before Floyd fought Hatton,Floyd mentioned one thing 'The ring is my domain,it doesnt matter how many fans Hatton has they wont fight for him'

I say the same about Cotto,youlot can like him but he aint no better than Floyd,even if they meet Floyd will reduce Cotto to a Hatton
