Gomez looks alot taller than just 3 inches in that pic though. Im willing to be that Cotto may be shorter than 5'7.

Thats why I'm kinda shocked. From Gomez on the Contender I always that he was short as hell... but damn Cotto is also short. I agree Cotto may be shorter than 5`7. I guess we will have our questions answered come fight night. ****...Saturday is going to be a good day for us fans.

Cotto is going down, because Gomez will kick his ass. he will win 116-112 or 115-113. Lets just hope that the judges get it right and give it to the right winner (Gomez) instead of going and giving rounds to Cotto because of his name, fanbase, and money potential. Gomez wins.


This is my thought of the fight. I said this months ago.

Gomez by decision. he will box and put angles on miguel for the first 6 rounds, he will fade late but come back to win rounds 10 and 12 and will win 115-113. Gomez wins rounds 1,2,3,5,7,10.12.

I think Cotto is shorter than 5'7 as well. When i was next to him in person I felt like i towered over him and im not that tall of a person. You see these guys on tv and think theyre giants lol. Cotto is still a monster though and Gomez height wont help him none come Saturday.

Thats because on the Contender he was fighting full blown middleweights, and after the contender he fought at 154 before going to his more natural weight of 147.
