Floyd's hesitant to fight Cotto cuz he can't win easily, but that don't mean he can't win. I don't think he's scared, he's just pilin up all the easy paper he can get his hands on before he goes into a real fight where he'll have to earn his cheddar in a tough match.

Only then, perhaps, can you understand what it’s like spending 30 seconds fighting on the inside with WBA welterweight champion Miguel Cotto. Fighting Cotto is only slightly more enjoyable it would seem than, oh, a trip to the gas chamber or a visit to the firing squad. Breathing is hard for weeks after 12 rounds – or less – with the powerful Puerto Rican. He does to one’s midsection what a Category 5 hurricane does to a shoreline. It’s definitely not pleasant."

I GUESS THATS WHY SUGAR SHANE WANTED A REMATCH. BECAUSE HE WAS GETTING HIT WITH SO MANY "NOLAN RYAN" FAST BALLS.

BUT IT'S LIKE THIS. AT THE END OF THE DAY BOXING IS STILL BOXING. PPL CAN MAKE COTTO OUT TO BE A WELTERWEIGHT SONNY LISTON, WITH BALLS THE SIZE OF KING KONG'S, BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY IT'S STILL BOXING. THE SWEET SCIENCE, AND WHEN IT COMES TO THAT, WHEN IT COMES TO JUST BOXING INSIDE THAT RING WITH NO ANALOGIES, NO ADJECTIVES, NO HYPE. NO ONE IS BETTER THAT FLOYD MAYWEATHER. I'LL PUT THE HOUSE ON IT.

Yeah but those guys went allot of rounds with him, if he has god like power he would be knockin dudes out in round 1. yeah he may break them down but his power is nothing special, i havent seen him KTFO of someone yet.
