I have to watch that round again but you're right, he has a very good chin and its very underrated. Some people say its bad or only decent but I think its at least a good chin.

If you have that fight, check that right hand out and watch Taylor's head snap violently. The guy has an incredible chin.

Yeah I remember saying holy crap hes getting KOd again but he took it well.

I think the first fight was just an accumulation of clean shots. The second fight he had better defense.

The right hand in round 1 landed a little off the ideal spots. It landed around the nose area. The most damaging places on a guy's head is either the point of the chin or the temple.

Pavlik's KO win in the first fight was an accumulation stoppage. Pavlik hit Taylor with good shots throughout the fight. Taylor seemed to take them well, but he would still sort of freeze when he got caught, then he'd recover and then throw back.

Eventually it was too much to take.
