Cotto-Gomez: Has alfonzo gomez ever been knocked down?

I don't know much of his career. I'm going for cotto 100% but I was wondering if he was ever knocked down by ANY fighter in the past?

looking to make a side bet, experts say it will last less than 10 rounds. I'm not so sure.

Any one knows? If he has, which fight?

He has never been stopped... cant recall him ever being hurt other then his broken hand in the tackie fight...

Manfredo had him hurt on left hook to the top of the head in the 2nd round of their first fight and he was wobbled pretty bad.

I dont think Cotto will actually knock Gomez down with a punch, but I do believe the referee will end up stopping the fight at sometime. Gomez has to much heart to go down; and because of this, I think Gomez will take a lot of punishment.

nah they were at Middleweight, so every punch was multiplied because of the size difference.

He's been knocked down one time, a flash knockdown in the first round of the first fight of his career. His chin is very good. Whether Cotto will have a long night or not is pretty much dependent on how Gomez can take his body assault.
