Sven Ottke its the most underrated fighter on here

Sven ottke is one of the few champions to retire undefeated, not only that but he held both the WBA and IBF titles at the same time when he retired
he made 21 yes 21 defenses of the wba title and 4 of the IBF.
His supremacy of the supermiddleweight division is comparable to Joe Calzaghe current reign and he has more defenses than the highly regarded Bernard Hopkins he also had the dignity of retiring in his prime unlike Bernard whos about to embarrass himself against Calzaghe
Most of ottke critics claim hes got some gift decision but quite frankly which fighter doesnt have a controvertial win in his career
They also say he only fought in his native country but most of the american champions never leave their country aswell
Sven Ottke its a true legend of the sport and he proved he couldnt be koed by anyone in his time
his skills are comparable to calderon guzman and even mayweather he is a true victim of the media and ignorant fans

He sure is underrated in here. Most ppl thinks he was a piece of ****. I think he was a tiny bit better than your average pooh. He KOed the current WBA regular SMW champ with one punch for crying out loud....

BTW maybe a lot of his decision wins was controversial but when the decision is controversial always remember to ask yourself if you could see the winner win the fight. There was always a case to be made for Ottke.

He's a good fighter but no where near what his record suggests. I'd pick Reid over Ottke.

                Not in Germany:

One judge actually scored this fight 117-112 for Ottke.

My favourite Ottke moment was the Mundine dive, modern classic.
