George was funny as ****, but cuz he worded sensible **** in weirdass ways. Lennox is funny but not by choice, he's just so bad he's actually good.

I don't miss him, although not because his replacements have been that great. George gave some great insights, but other times his credibility and focus were very questionable.

From every account I've heard, it was George's decision to quit. He probably got tired of the travel and production meetings, and he surely didn't need the money.
