I think you are right. Here is round 1 (thats all I've been able to find). Steward looks to be the chief second. I cannot see Lewis.

          What you on about.

He removed the stuffing from Resto's gloves (nearly an ounce from either hand).

          NO plaster was used.

He removed an oz of padding and the wraps was made with plaster of paris according to Resto. He has also said that they did it on 2 other occasions.

hmm, maybe so, I'll have to check into it.

Just thought it was the padding that was removed tbh

Panama Lewis and Luis Resto went to jail for removing padding from the gloves.

Resto admitted a year or two ago that the handwraps were also plastered and that they had done it previously against other opponents.

That is just sickening, terrible that someone would even think of doing it.

                    Yeah.

In a thread yesterday someone mentioned that there was a case from South Africa were a fighter had handwraps with plaster of paris as well.

It's about time the local commisions bring the wraps to the fighters.

Damn I wonder how much more painful that is compared to a punch. Well I doubt any1's been hit in the face wit a rock over and over again but damn. Some cold ass fellas Panama and Luis.

You could tell somethin was strange cuz most boxers faces don't look like that after a fight. Even in assbeatings. I mean Collins looks borderline dead.
