Povetkin doesn't move his upper body and head enough when he is coming in. Peter would eventually catch him and KO him. If Povetkin ever learns to do that, he will UD Peter.
Povetkin would be very easy to counter if you had any sort of speed but Peter doesn’t. Not sure how good povetkin's chin is and his punches don’t have that much power on them he also seriously lacks head movement. I would go with a Peter Ko.
povetkin is too busy for peter. of course peter could catch him and stop him,,,but I havent seen any indication of pov having a weak chin so I'll go with pov ud
