Toney could be a very good fighter to watch for his fluidity when he was 100% focused and in shape.

i love it when Toney gets up on his toes and steps around his oponent and bags those hooks into the body Class

I agree, James Toney working the lateral movement is one of the most fluid graceful, violent, yet beautiful things I have ever had the pleasure to watch.

I hope people don't say Whitaker, because he was not all that fluid nor graceful. He was elusive, but he didn't glide around the ring, and his punches didn't flow like water.

I'd also like to throw Ivan Calderon into the mix. It doesn't get much more fluid than that.

I wouldn't say he is the most fluid/fluent fighter there ever was but Mike McCallum looked very 'natural' in the ring.
