Team Johnson: "Right Now Glen Is Unstoppable"

"Believe me, right now Glen Johnson is unstoppable. You cannot keep him off you, the marching forward Sherman tank that Glen is. His defensive shield is impenetrable; he's got a granite chin.

This will be a rude awakening for the Chad Dawson crew and everybody who thought Chad was the future. It's over."
Orlando Cuellar, Glen Johnson's Trainer, Boxing Monthly, April 2008

Have you ever had a trainer who said "my fighter looks like **** and his defense is swiss cheese", i haven't. Dude is supposed to say that , but i hope the road Warrior does pull it out though, i have a soft spot for dudes who look like bulldogs and sharpies.

I agree with that 100%. Im just saying I am gonna cheer for the upset. I have cheered for him in every fight since I heard him say "Im not the best, Im just willing to fight the best." I respect that guy.

Orlando Cuellar has done a very good job with Johnson since becoming his trainer. I feal Johnson should have beat Woods in there 3rd fight although it was close, I see Johnson putting up a very good fight against Dawson but I think he will probably get outworked but I like Johnson it would be good to see him get another big win though.

I agree, good post. I'm gonna be honest and say I haven't seen Johnson's last two fights. I have no idea what condition he is truly in at the minute. As a fan I'm glad to hear his camp is so optimistic, but you have to wonder how he'll be able to hang with this young, quick, skilled, athletic kid.

Had to bump this for those who may have not seen how optimistic Johnson's people say they are. I hope these ain't wolf tickets!
