BUT if charlie avoids all our advice and listens to his trainer (who apparently isnt telling him to fix his errors) he will get dominated somewhere down the line.

but im sure he will look like a champ against someone like hartley...(no offense to hartley...he's just not on charlies level from what i see)...
I can't think of anyone I know who couldn't knock out Hartley.

Who the hell got KO'd by him.

    Jesus.

Agreed, from that video, Charlie got very tired in 3 minutes, IDK if he will learn how to conserve his energy in real fights, and will throw those right hands and tire himself out in the first couple of rounds. A decent boxer would take advantage of this, but Hartley will just be eating those right hands.

        exactly...

i listed some tips for charlie in this thread...

if i can pick up these things then his trainer should have already helped correct them...

im only 19 and not a boxing genius by far...his trainer should have fixed these issues a long time ago but it wont matter against hartley...but down the line he could really take a beating against better competition.

I am just thinking... You dont have confidence in your accuracy... The whole video you are watching where your punches are landing...

Now if I am Boxing with you.. and you are watching your punches.. Who is watching mine???

You gotta trust your instincts more...

                    A) Move to your right (you're walking directly into what could end up being a big haymaker right that could drop you or knock you out.) maybe not against hartley (lets all face it...he's not very good at all...to say the least) but a future opponent will bust you up with right hands all night if you circle towards that punch)

                    B) dont drop your left hand after jabs...you can get countered with rights (especially since you move to your left and you drop your left hand).

                    C) dont cover your eyes (around 0:20 to 0:30) you wave your hands over your eyes and back down to around you chin. when you do that you cant see a punch coming...if someone times you then as soon as your drop your hands around your chin a left hook or a right hand could nail you and you'd never see it coming.

                    D) dont wing so many punches when you get tired...i noticed it more and more as the video went on...you go tired and really started winging all your punches...that could allow someone to slip those punches and land counters right down the middle all night.

and i looked at some of your sparring videos...

if you want to fight like mayweather (its what it seems like since you seem to try and hang your left like him and i see some signs of things you picked up from watching him) you HAVE TO tuck your chin into your shoulder if you're going to fight with the left hand so low and need to have quicker reflexes and not wing punches so much.

im just telling you this (because you talk a LOT of trash) and you dont want to look ****** getting knockout out potentially by a guy who has lost over 10 fights and only won 1 of them...

that style you are using (which you are using improperly) is just saying (to me at least), "counter me with a right cross".

                    dont leave yourself open.

does your trainer tell you anything i been saying?
                    Good advice!

Though I noticed you said "to me at least". A novice fighter would notice those openings he's leaving after throwing I think the worst left hook I've ever seen and then dropping it to his waist. For God's sake mate, fix your left hand and always bring your hands straight back up. That's the best advice I can give.

The holes you're leaving open after you throw a punch would be open to anyone and if you actually decided to fight someone you would be knocked out by the end of the first round or earlier. You would get tattered with counters over the top after you jab, strafed with lefts when you drop your right straight down after throwing it and KO'ed with a big straight right when you swing that loopy weird left hook and it flops down to your side...Oh, and what exactly was that left handed punch near the end which you were doubling up then shooting the right behind? I've actually never seen anything quite like it?

Who is this Hartley everyone is talking about? Are these two guys going to actually fight?

Nah, man ur missing the point. Earnie Shavers and Corrie Sanders didn't have much defense.

They had the big eraser like Charlie does. Pow-blammo, the opponent is staring at the ceiling waiting for the ambulance to come.
