Greatest finishers of the last 20 years?

A Long list of great finishers over the last 20 years, from Jones to Tyson to Leonard and Hagler. But who do you think was the Greatest? I would personally say Roy Jones because when he had a man in trouble, the fight was over within the next 30 seconds. If you looke at his fight in the mid 90's he damaged ppl then finished them when he knew he could. The Pazienza fight, the Thorton fight, which he knocked him down at the end of the 3rd, then in the 4th stopped him within about 20 seconds. But to me when he smelled blood, it was only a matter of seconds when you would see him pounce on his opponent and stop him.
