He beat Robbie Peden(beat Campbell X2) and Agapito Sanchez who had a DRAW with Pacman!! And he Beat JACA, that's not counting MAB and Juarez. OR do you not follow boxing that much and have no clue who they are??Why do people think that just because Marquez fought 2 close fights with Pacquiao that he will be the 1 to dethrone him? He barely won the belt in the 1st place and other than that..he has 47 other wins against who?? I'll wait while somebody names 1 fighter Marquez has beaten of any significance.Comment

Asians, not just Filipinos have had excellent fighters. The only thing holding them back is distance. If these Asian countries sit right next to the US, they can send fighters in bunches (millions perhaps) just like Mexico does. Heck, even British fighters don't get to step on US soil as much as Mexicans.Comment

I agree in a way, There are great fighters from a lot of countries. But besides that the rest of your comment doesn't make sense...What do you mean if countries sit next to the US, they can send fighters in bunches?????WHO? is sending the fighters?I know Mexico ain't paying for any fighter to come box in the states. Distance holding them back????WTF are they swimming here or something? There are things like regional championships and rankings that have a lot to do with what happens with a fighters career. It's not like they say "hey you are a Mexican Boxer, Come fight here".Asians, not just Filipinos have had excellent fighters. The only thing holding them back is distance. what some are trying to say is that mexico gets more exposure in a boxing scene than guys in asia. see valero is a great fighter a venezuelan but he lives in japan. but no one gives a **** about him here in the US. so just like that u wouldn't give a **** about anyone if it would be another race than a mexican or if a fighter doesn't fight that much in the USI agree in a way, There are great fighters from a lot of countries. Agapito vs Pacman was a draw based on technicalities not a full fight.Comment
