    Cotto and the ESPN poll

Of the four fights on the 12th, the majority voted that they are looking forward to the Cotto-Gomez fight the most. Now, it's safe to say, that that should be the least competitive fight. Cotto has better odds of winning than any of the other favorites. This is helping to prove Cotto's popularity. He's not a household name, but he's definitely on the rise. I would say that most chose his fight, simply because he's the biggest name. What do you guys think?

thats why i dont get Floyd fans arguing that Cotto should be lambasted for fighting Gomez the same as Floyd is for his second fight with Oscar

i think Gomez v Cotto will be very exciting ,where as PBF V Oscar 2 will be much the same boring

The argument over whether or not Cotto/Gomez will be a good/exciting fight is a Boxing IQ question. If it's a blowout, or it's competitive, or even a win the other way - I'm sure there will be those who remember anyone who said it would be a blowout, and people who said it would be competitive. IQ.

Good point.. It seems after every fight, someone calls out someone else on their wrong prediction

Haha, I know seriously. Some people just love to prove others wrong and rub it in.

Gomez isn't netting Cotto 20 million dollars. What don't you get about that.
