Wasn't the Casamayor-Katsidis fight for the WBO interim title?

Did Casamayor pass on his option to fight Campbell? I figured he would, I just didn't hear anything about it.

khans got some serious potential im jst not sure he ready for the likes of campbell, cassaymayor and juan diaz yet. still, im a firm believer in throwing people in at the deep end and letting them sink or swim! he might just catch cassaymayor at the right time. same goes for campell.

yeah, i think Casa had until 4th of april to decide whether he wanted to take up the mandatory. Maybe the date has been changed

Amir Khan is an excellent fighter but he's a k.o waiting to happen. Warren won't put him in with anyone with power to date but he's fast running out of options. Why not put him in with Manny Pacquiao, they're in the same weight division now.lol

Another solid performance from Khan but I think he needs at least one more fight before challenging Casamayor or Campbell. He should fight Yuri Romanov next which will be a logical step up from Kristjansen. But Kirstjansen wasn't a bad boxer, probably landing more counters on Khan than most of his other opponents.

It's still too early for Khan to get in there with the top fighters at 135. He needs to improve a few things in the gym and he should get a few more fights against better opposition before he fights for the title.
