Sturm slams King Arthur: Abraham will be an easy fight!

In an interview with german ZDF.de, WBA middleweight champion Felix Sturm said regarding a clash with fellow champ Arthur Abraham:

"Honestly, Arthur would be one of my easiest opponents. His latest performance showed that it will take him a long, long, long time to get where I am. He has no quality, skill, endurrance or durability. He is really just power and a punch - that's not enough if you want to be on top for a long time.

All his KO's tells me nothing of him. Who has he fought? Nobody! Last time out was Ayala who is an unknown and AA had to go 12 rounds. And afterwards his face was bruised and battered.

Who has he kayoed? Nobodies. Ppl you have never heard of before or since. When did I fight for the championship? When was I in the US? When did I become champ again? When did I practically beat anybody? Among my opponents was also a puncher as big as Abraham: Maselino Masoe who had 26 wins and 25 KO's. As I said: AA is absolutely the opponent of my dreams.

Abraham is the last straw of Team Sauerland. They wont push him and thats ok. Sooner or later they must adress the issue. The bigger they are, the harder they fall."

        You can post.

Abraham vs Sturm would be a great fight by the way, imagine the winner of that going against Pavlik.

I have problems posting. Perhaps my post was too big. So I posted a test and made an edit, so it turned out right.

Sturm would outbox abraham. Sturm's superior defense will be blocking his wide punches all night.

That would be great. A dream scenario. 3 alphabettitles on the line.

Anyone who got KO'd by ancient Javier Castillejo should stay the hell away from Arthur Abraham. After being robbed in the DLH fight, Sturm has been a big disappointment in taking only low risk fights in Germany.

My thoughts as well, if he got knocked out by Castillejo, Abraham shouldn't have too much trouble knocking him out.

Give Sturm a mulligan on that one. Castillejo is a skilled durable fighter and had Sturms number that night.

But I'd pick Abraham too. His power is really mean.
