Both fighters are confident, but Joe is in a far more calm, composed manner with. He doesn't feel the need to rant about himself for ages, he does what he says, which is why many have so much confidence in him.

Hopkins has more ring knowledge in some senses, but anyone whom manages to win a fight with one broken hand, adapts to suite his opponent, on a round by round basis, is certainly an intelligent fighter too.

This will be an interesting fight.

Both men have, at one point, been a World Champion for over a decade and beaten many World Champions along the way.

The only really dissimilar thing about the two fighters is that Hopkins is a natural Light-Heavyweight.

Joe's probably better at light heavyweight than Hopkins.

He's been really struggling for years to make super middle

While he's unproven at LHW, I would think that Joe could be better at this weight than he was at SMW. A guy who's natural weight is around 14 stones (196 pounds) that doesn't have to punish his body to make 168 should prove to be a better fighter because of those extra 7 pounds.

Some think Hopkins is the bigger man. He's not. He's just a little taller than Calzaghe. Joe is easily as big as Bernard.

"Natural weight" doesn't say anything in the end. Ricky HAtton walks arround 180 Pound, so what. Joe is a strong guy but he isn't or wasn't a big SMW to be honest. But i don't think the weight will make the difference. Hopkins was always a huge, huge MW with a LHW-body, like you saw against Tarver. But he is also not a physical boxer or a big puncher.

LOl that's the ******est thing I've read today. Just because Calzaghe doesn't have huge muscles it doesn't mean he isn't a big SMW. You should see the Tale of the tape for some of his fights, his kneck, calf, ankles etc are huge compared to other fighters.
