well damn look at the names on that list those are HOF fighters and there are alot more elite black fighters at the top of the divsion (well probally not now but when oscar fought them) besides he beat the **** outta tito and was robbed, he beat shane the second time and the floyd fight could go either way

Trinidad is not black, he is a native Boricua Puerto Rican. And Oscar whooped him. There are so many black boxers, and great ones at that, that most every fighter who has lost at one point or another has lost to a black fighter. Its the same as losing to a white fighter, an Asian fighter a green fighter or a purple fighter.

I dont know the answer to the question, but I am sure that Pernell Whitaker, Derryl Tyson, Derrel Coley and the like can all give you good answers. As could Ike Quartey and maybe even Steve Forbes.
