i think Joe keeps reminding the press of those victories because in both fights he was the underdog going against undefeated legit guys in 168 class. not only did he beat them but he dominated. now i think he's trying to convince those who are turning the odds against him that hopkins would merely be a repeat of those 2 performances. it's his way of saying i've been there, done that and hopkins is just another test. but it's better to see a fighter remain humble at least untill his career is over. humble is what keeps your focus sharp.
