it was sad watching the replay of Castillo/Corrales 1 on ESPNC. We def miss a fighter who fought with his heart and fought the best.

I LOL @ people who only now after the poor man's death claim to miss him and act as if they were always fans..

What I wanna know is.. where were these people when he was on a losing streak and having problems making weight?

Chico was one of my idols, his heart and determination is what drew me to him not to mention the fact that he was a warrior and such a nice guy!
He was my favorite Bin Laden impersonator too and it's too bad he couldn't get one more round.

If you are aiming the first statement at me, please say my name. If not, then its all good. But I was and still a fan of Chico. He was a great and exciting fighter. I think he had some personal issues that may have effected him in the ring, but he was one of the toughest guys I've ever seen to lace those red gloves up.

He became an all-time favorite mine when he fought Castillo as I stated in my first post. Although he went on to lose the next two fights, he gained me as a fan. A REAL ONE.

I wasn't directing it to anyone in the thread but in general to people who know who they are when they read it.

True ****, My homegirl knows Michelle and knew Chico and she gave her one of Chico's dressers and some furniture because she no longer had room for it and they were gonna brake up anyway before he died so it was just in the garage or something.. well everytime I come to her house I touch the dresser and pay my respects.. It sounds weird I know and my homegirl thinks I'm crazy but I always do it..
