Amir Khan has been promised a world title fight this year by Frank Warren.
Khan has always said he wants to be world champion while he is 21 - and Warren is confident he can deliver one of the four major crowns before he turns 22 in December.
The lightweight sensation could be just one fight away from fulfilling his dream if he beats Dane Martin Kristjansen in Saturday's WBO title eliminator in front of his home fans at Bolton Arena.
"The plan is for Amir to fight for a world title this year," said Warren. "We will see what happens with the WBO after this fight.

"Nate Campbell and Joel Casamayor are now the two fighters on Amir's radar.
"He's getting better all the time. I don't just want him to fight for a world title, I want him to win it and defend it."
